The invention provides a traffic information identification method based on edge calculation, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, arranging an RFID collection device and an image collection device at a same collection point, and collecting the traffic information of a target road at the same time through the RFID collection device and the image collection device; s2, the RFID acquisition device and the image acquisition device transmit the acquired traffic information to an edge computing device, and the edge computing device determines a traffic event of the target road according to the traffic information; s3, the edge computing device transmits corresponding traffic information to the background server according to the importance level of the traffic event; according to the method, the edge device performs preprocessing calculation in the traffic information monitoring process, and the information to be uploaded is determined according to the importance degree of the corresponding traffic event and the size of the information flow of the background server, so that the data pressure existing in the background server can be effectively relieved; and the phenomenon of data congestion and even data loss caused by too large data flow is prevented.

    本发明提供的一种基于边缘计算的交通信息识别方法,包括以下步骤:S1.在同一采集点设置RFID采集设备和图像采集设备,并采用RFID采集设备和图像采集设备同时采集目标道路的交通信息;S2.RFID采集设备和图像采集设备将所采集的交通信息传输至边缘计算设备,所述边缘计算设备根据交通信息确定目标道路的交通事件;S3.边缘计算设备根据交通事件的重要性等级向后台服务器传输相应的交通信息;通过上述方法,在交通信息监测过程中以边缘设备进行预先处理计算,并依据相应交通事件的重要程度以及后台服务器的信息流的大小决定所要上传的信息,从而能够有效缓解后台服务器所存在的数据压力,防止因为数据流过大出现数据拥堵甚至缺失的现象。
