The invention provides a two-energy-source fuel cell vehicle integrated DC-DC converter which comprises a forward bootstrap boost module, an input energy source control module, an auxiliary energy source charging module, a braking energy feedback module and a converter controller. The forward bootstrap boost module is connected with output terminals O3 and O4 of the input energy source control module through input terminals I1 and I2, and is connected with a high-potential line H and a low-potential line L of a high-voltage direct-current bus through output terminals O1 and O2; the input energy source control module is connected with the positive electrode of the fuel cell and the positive electrode of the power cell through input terminals I3 and I4. The integrated DC-DC converter with a unique layout is adopted, an isolation transformer with high cost does not need to be used, and at least two isolation transformers and four power switch tubes can be reduced, so that the weight and the size are reduced, the cost of the electric driving system of the fuel cell automobile is effectively reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the service life of the electric driving system is prolonged. Meanwhile, the functions of power supply, charging, braking energy feedback and the like are achieved.

    本发明提出了一种两能量源燃料电池车集成DC‑DC变换器,包括前向自举升压模块、输入能量源控制模块、辅助能量源充电模块、制动能量回馈模块和变换器控制器,所述的前向自举升压模块通过输入端子I1、I2与输入能量源控制模块的输出端子O3、O4连接,通过输出端子O1、O2与高压直流母线的高电位线H、低电位线L连接;所述的输入能量源控制模块通过输入端子I3、I4分别与燃料电池、动力电池的正极连接;该发明采用了独特布局的集成DC‑DC变换器,无需使用成本高的隔离变压器,并且能够至少减少2个隔离变压器和4个功率开关管,其重量和体积都获得减少,有效降低了燃料电池汽车电驱动系统的成本,降低能耗,同时具备供电、充电和回馈制动能量等功能。
