The DC-DC converter can work in a boost state and a buck state, a wide boost range and a wide buck range are both considered, and the requirement for a wide boost-buck range of an automobile fuel cell automobile is met. The normal working duty ratio of the converter is dlt; when a high boost range is needed, the converter does not work at a limit duty ratio, and the problem of efficiency reduction caused by the limit duty ratio is avoided. The inductor L1 in the converter is always connected with the positive electrode end of the fuel cell, continuous input current is provided, the influence of overlarge current ripples on the service life of the fuel cell can be effectively avoided, and the converter is suitable for the fuel cell automobile.
