The invention relates to a locomotive battery replacement locking structure which comprises a box body. The bracket is arranged at the bottom of the box body; the upper corner seat is arranged on the surface of the box body and is provided with a jack; the lower corner seat is arranged on the surface of the bracket and is provided with an insertion hole; the locking mechanism is used for connecting the upper corner seat with the lower corner seat; two lock heads are inserted into a lower angle seat and an upper angle seat respectively, a driving lever is rotated to drive a fixing ring and a supporting column to rotate, rotation of the fixing ring can drive a top protruding block to rotate, the protruding block is connected with a clamping groove in the bottom of an upper floating disc in a clamped mode, and the clamping groove and the protruding block are in matched arc shapes, so that rotation adjustment of the fixing ring is facilitated; the upper floating disc is pushed to move vertically in the rotating process of the fixing ring, so that the supporting spring is extruded to deform, the fixing ring rotates to drive the supporting column to rotate, the lock heads at the top and the bottom of the supporting column are driven to rotate, the two lock heads and the inserting holes are distributed in a staggered mode, and therefore connection of the upper corner base and the lower corner base is completed.

    本发明涉及一种机车换电锁止结构,包括:箱体;设置在所述箱体底部的托架;设置在所述箱体表面开设插孔的上角座;及设置在所述托架表面开设插孔的下角座;用于所述上角座与下角座相连接的锁止机构;将两个锁头分别插入下角座与上角座内,通过转动拨杆带动固定环与支撑柱旋转,固定环的转动会带动顶部凸块旋转,由于凸块与上浮动盘底部的卡槽相卡接,且卡槽与凸块为相适配的弧形,便于对固定环的转动调节,在固定环转动过程中推动上浮动盘垂直移动,从而挤压支撑弹簧产生形变,固定环的转动带动支撑柱转动,从而带动支撑柱顶部与底部的锁头转动,两个锁头与插孔错位分布,从而完成上角座与下角座的连接。
