The invention particularly relates to a carbon fiber composite laminate generation method, a carbon fiber composite laminate and an automobile. The method comprises the following steps: determining the respective layer number and position relation of carbon fiber layers and steel layers; taking the thickness of the carbon fiber layer and the thickness of the steel layer as variables, and taking the minimum total mass of the carbon fiber composite laminates as a target to construct a corresponding target function; then constructing a constraint function corresponding to the carbon fiber composite laminate according to the strength and rigidity requirements of the steel plate layer in the actual application working condition; solving the multi-objective optimization model to obtain the optimal thickness of the carbon fiber layer and the optimal thickness of the steel layer; and stacking the carbon fiber layers and the steel layers together based on the respective layer number, the position relation and the optimal thickness of the carbon fiber layers and the steel layers to generate corresponding carbon fiber composite laminates. According to the method, the total mass of the carbon fiber composite laminate and the strength and rigidity requirements of the carbon fiber composite laminate under the actual application working condition can be comprehensively considered, so that the actual application effect of the carbon fiber composite laminate can be ensured while the lightweight design of the carbon fiber composite laminate is realized.

    本发明具体涉及一种碳纤维复合层板生成方法、碳纤维复合层板及汽车。方法包括:确定碳纤维层和钢材层各自的层数和位置关系;以碳纤维层和钢材层各自的厚度为变量、以碳纤维复合层板的总质量最小为目标构建对应的目标函数;然后根据钢板层实际应用工况的强度和刚度要求构建碳纤维复合层板对应的约束函数;进而求解多目标优化模型得到碳纤维层和钢材层各自的最优厚度;基于碳纤维层和钢材层各自的层数、位置关系和最优厚度将各层碳纤维层和钢材层堆叠在一起,生成对应的碳纤维复合层板。本发明能够综合考虑碳纤维复合层板的总质量以及其在实际应用工况下的强度和刚度要求,进而能够在实现碳纤维复合层板轻量化设计的同时保证其实际应用效果。
