The offshore sea area geological disaster investigation system comprises a ship body and a keel steel bridge arranged in the middle of the ship body, buoyancy cabins are arranged in the ship body on two sides of the keel steel bridge, and propellers are arranged at the tail ends of the ship body corresponding to the buoyancy cabins; an air cylinder is further arranged on the ship body and used for supplementing air pressure into the buoyancy cabin; the ship body is further provided with an equipment compartment, the equipment compartment is provided with an equipment antenna, and the upper surface of the equipment compartment on one side of the equipment antenna is provided with an energy compartment; the installation design of the unmanned ship-borne seismic exploration system and the compatibility of the platform and the load are achieved, the characteristics of automation, flexibility and high efficiency of the unmanned ship are fully reserved, the electrified installation design of the system is completed, and compared with a traditional seismic survey ship, the detection efficiency is improved, the survey cost is saved, and island reef and offshore survey risks are avoided.
