The double-counterweight oil cylinder motion control hydraulic system comprises a reversing valve, an oil port A of the reversing valve is connected with an oil port V of a flow distributing and collecting valve, and a damper is connected between an oil port C1 and an oil port C2 of the flow distributing and collecting valve and used for reducing the load difference between the oil port C1 and the oil port C2 of the flow distributing and collecting valve. The flow dividing effect is good, the problem that the synchronism of the counterweight oil cylinders is poor is solved, meanwhile, four switch valves are not needed during independent action, and the problems that a counterweight system is complex and high in cost are solved.
