The invention discloses a tandem type aviation hybrid power system starting control method considering overspeed protection, and relates to a starting control method of an aviation power device. An overspeed protection strategy applied to the starting process of the tandem aviation hybrid power system is provided, the mechanical problem of overspeed risk of a power turbine in the starting process is solved by an electrical scheme, and a proper starting resistance value is determined in a test by taking the rated rotating speed of the power turbine as a guide. The starting control method of the tandem type aviation hybrid power system is divided into four steps of turboshaft engine starting, control rectification intervention, engine state improvement and electric propulsion system starting, the starting process is controlled through a time sequence, part coupling characteristics are decoupled to a certain degree, and for all index requirements of the starting process, the starting control method is suitable for starting of an electric propulsion system. And splitting to different steps to be realized respectively. The processing of the coupling characteristics of the parts is simplified, various index requirements of the system in a slow state can be quickly met, and the performance and development and design efficiency of the power system are improved.

    一种考虑超速保护的串联式航空混合动力系统起动控制方法,涉及航空动力装置的起动控制方法。提出一种应用于串联式航空混合动力系统起动过程的超速保护策略,将起动过程中动力涡轮面临超速风险的机械问题由电气方案解决,并以动力涡轮额定转速为导向,在试验中确定合适的起动电阻值。将串联式航空混合动力系统的起动控制方法分为涡轴发动机起动、控制整流介入、发动机状态提升、电推进系统启动四个步骤,以时序控制起动过程,在一定程度上将部件耦合特性解耦处理,对于起动过程的各项指标要求,拆分至不同步骤中分别实现。简化部件耦合特性的处理,将快速满足系统慢车状态的各项指标要求,提升动力系统性能和研制设计效率。
