According to the intelligent guardrail provided with the automatic alarm device and capable of automatically moving, a hub motor at the bottom moves, and a lead screw motor of the hub motor enables a guardrail fixing piece to ascend and descend; the automatic alarm device communicates with a far-end management mechanism; the management mechanism controls a hub motor and a lead screw motor, so that the intelligent guardrail is moved to a required site for traffic control; the automatic alarm device comprises a GPS positioning module, an acceleration sensor module, an infrared sensor module, a video interface and a motor control module. The video interface is used for accessing monitoring video equipment at the guardrail, the acceleration sensor module is used for detecting whether the guardrail is collided or not, the infrared sensor module is used for detecting whether an illegal guardrail crossing behavior exists or not, and when a traffic incident needing to be reported occurs, the intelligent guardrail uploads a GPS coordinate to a management mechanism and sends the GPS coordinate to the management mechanism; the management mechanism can call the corresponding monitoring record to study and judge the traffic event; traffic information in an installation environment can be collected, and the system can be moved to an area needing traffic control according to a far-end instruction.

    本发明提出具有自动报警装置的可自动移动智慧护栏,以底部的轮毂电机移动,以其丝杆电机使护栏固定件升降;自动报警装置与远端管理机构通信;管理机构控制轮毂电机和丝杆电机,以使智慧护栏移至所需场地进行交通管制;自动报警装置包括GPS定位模块、加速度传感器模块、红外传感器模块、视频接口、电机控制模块;视频接口用于接入护栏处的监控视频设备,加速度传感器模块用于检测护栏是否受到碰撞,红外传感器模块用于检测是否有违规跨越护栏行为,当发生需上报的交通事件时,智慧护栏向管理机构上传GPS坐标,以便管理机构调用对应的监控记录对交通事件进行研判;本发明能收集其安装环境中的交通信息,并能按远端指令移动至需要交通管制的区域。
