The invention discloses a graphene rubber composition for a tire tread and a preparation method of the graphene rubber composition. The graphene rubber composition for the tire tread is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a diene elastomer, 40-100 parts of modified graphene masterbatch, 60-120 parts of reinforcing filler, 2-6 parts of resin, 4-7 parts of zinc oxide, 2-4 parts of stearic acid, 1.5-3.5 parts of sulfur powder and 1-2 parts of an accelerant. The added modified graphene masterbatch can be uniformly dispersed in rubber and has a good interface interaction with the rubber, the advantages of large specific surface area, high modulus, good thermal conductivity, good electrical conductivity and the like of a graphene material can be fully played, and the mechanical property, the wear resistance and the dynamic property of the graphene rubber composition are obviously improved; the compound is suitable for being used as tread rubber of aircraft tires, heavy-duty tires, high-performance automobile tires and the like.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎胎面用石墨烯橡胶组合物及其制备方法,该轮胎胎面用石墨烯橡胶组合物由以下重量份的原料制成:二烯烃弹性体100份、改性石墨烯母胶40‑100份、增强填料60‑120份、树脂2‑6份、氧化锌4‑7份、硬脂酸2‑4份、硫磺粉1.5‑3.5份、促进剂1‑2份。本发明添加的改性石墨烯母胶,能够在橡胶中均匀分散,与橡胶具有良好的界面作用,石墨烯材料比表面积大,模量高、导热、导电性好等优势能够充分发挥,石墨烯橡胶组合物的力学性能、耐磨性、动态性能都得到明显提升,适合作为航空轮胎、重载轮胎、高性能汽车轮胎等的胎面胶料。
