The invention relates to the technical field of steel box girder hoisting control, in particular to a bridge deck crane synchronous hoisting control system and method based on wireless transmission. Signal feedback is added in a traditional control system, feedback tracking is carried out on control signals of the two deck cranes and the difference value of tail end mechanical transmission by utilizing the principle that the host controls the slave, and the wireless transmission deck crane synchronous hoisting control system with the feedback control function is formed. When the phenomenon of controller asynchronization or tail end mechanical transmission asynchronization is monitored, the two deck cranes are controlled to stop synchronously in time, so that accidents are avoided; the system has a remote/local detection function, can realize synchronous rising and falling of double-crane hoisting during hoisting of a steel beam, can also realize single-crane hoisting operation of a prefabricated concrete bridge deck slab, is convenient in overall operation, can improve the working efficiency of synchronous hoisting of the bridge deck crane, and is high in control precision.

    本发明涉及钢箱梁吊装控制技术领域,具体涉及一种基于无线传输的桥面吊机同步吊装控制系统及方法。本发明在传统控制系统中加入了信号反馈,利用主机控制从机的原理,将两台桥面吊机的控制信号和末端机械传动的差异值进行反馈跟踪,形成了具有反馈控制功能的无线传输桥面吊机同步吊装控制系统,在监测到控制器异步或末端机械传动异步现象时及时控制两台桥面吊机同步停止,从而避免事故的发生;本发明具备远程/本地检测功能,既能实现钢梁吊装时双机抬吊同步起落,又能实现预制混凝土桥面板单机吊装操作,整体操作方便,能够提升桥面吊机同步吊装的工作效率,且控制精度高。
