The invention discloses an intelligent operation system and method for a crane and a medium, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent operation. The system comprises a detection sensing module used for acquiring position parameters under each coordinate system in a construction area and determining the working position of the crane according to the position parameters; the video fusion module is used for acquiring a video image in the construction area; the wireless remote sensing module is used for receiving a remote control signal from the control end and controlling the crane to work in a remote control mode; and the wireless video transmission module is used for sending the acquired video image to a display of a control end, and the video image is displayed by the display of the control end.
