The invention discloses a large folding and rolling integrated flexible unfoldable sailboard structure, and relates to the technical field of aerospace sailboard design. The unit sailboards and the hinge middle section are made of shape memory polymer composite materials, the unit sailboards are curled to be of a flat plate structure formed by continuously arranging a plurality of unit cells in a folded state, the unit cells are curled in an S shape, the sections of the unit cells are round, and the unit cells are driven by solar energy to be released to be of a plane structure in an unfolded state. The section of the middle section of the hinge is in a right-angle (shape, fixing parts are arranged at the two ends of the middle section of the hinge respectively, the hinge is driven by electric heat energy to be released into a straight rod structure in an unfolded state, and the sailboard structure is divided into a stacked folding form and a box-shaped folding form. The solar panel is formed by assembling and combining the unit sailboards made of the shape memory polymer composite materials and the hinges, the size in the folded state is reduced through curling treatment of the unit sailboards and bending treatment of the hinges, the structure is simple, the weight is light, the folding efficiency is high, releasing is driven through the shape memory effect, and the controllability of the unfolding process is high; and the impact on the spacecraft in the unfolding process is relieved.

    一种大型折卷一体化的柔性可展开帆板结构,涉及航天帆板设计技术领域。单元帆板及铰链中间段均采用形状记忆聚合物复合材料制备,单元帆板收拢状态下卷曲处理为由多个单胞连续排布成的平板结构,单胞呈S形卷曲且截面呈圆形,展开状态下通过太阳能驱动释放为平面结构,铰链中间段截面呈“)(”形且两端分别设置固定部,展开状态下通过电热能驱动释放为直杆结构,帆板结构分为叠放收拢和箱型收拢两种形式。采用形状记忆聚合物复合材料制备的单元帆板和铰链装配组合而成,通过对单元帆板的卷曲处理和铰链的弯曲处理降低收拢状态下的尺寸,结构简单重量轻,收拢效率高,利用形状记忆效应驱动释放,展开过程可控性强,减缓展开过程对航天器的冲击。
