The invention discloses a ventilation pressurization system for an unmanned aerial vehicle and an automatic control method, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle pressurization systems. The hardware part comprises an oil tank, a breather pipe communicated with the interior of the oil tank, a main pressure control assembly used for controlling the pressure in the oil tank and a pressure sensing assembly, and the main pressure control assembly and the pressure sensing assembly are both communicated with the breather pipe; the system is reasonable in design and comprises a hardware part and a logic control part, the hardware part is composed of the oil tank, the main pressure control assembly, the pressure sensing assembly and related pipelines, corresponding functional finished products and accessories are controlled by combining the hardware part, and use of automatic control logic in a ventilation pressurization system is met. The ventilation pressurization system combines an airplane ventilation function and a pressurization function, can smoothly pressurize an oil tank when the pressurization function is needed, and keeps the oil tank communicated with the atmosphere when the pressurization function is not needed.
