    本发明提供了一种适用于变形翼飞行器的防热结构及变形翼飞行器,包括壳体和变形翼,壳体外侧铺设有变密度耐温耐烧蚀复合材料防热套,防热套尖端前缘区域安装有高温合金边条,壳体分隔变形翼与设备,变形翼表面开设有燕尾槽,燕尾槽内安装有柔性动密封绳。本发明通过在壳体外侧分区域铺设变密度耐温耐烧蚀复合材料防热套,在防热套尖端前缘区域安装高温合金边条,提高局部耐温性能和局部热结构强度,实现防热结构轻量化;通过将耐磨耐高温柔性动密封绳安装于燕尾槽内,在翼面运动过程中柔性动密封绳全程在壳体和翼面间隙内,解决了弹簧管密封件高温环境弹性下降导致难以实现高温动态热密封的问题,能够满足轻量化和高温动态热密封的需求。
