The invention discloses a hull superstructure segmented construction process. The hull superstructure segmented construction process comprises the following steps that 1, before blanking, a steel plate is subjected to confirmation and linear correction; 2, manufacturing an enclosure bulkhead part; step 3, manufacturing a sectional jig frame; 4, deck planking scribing and framework welding are carried out; 5, hoisting and welding the enclosure bulkhead; and step 6, performing hot work correction on the segmented integral structure. According to the method, starting with each procedure method in the process from part machining to segmented building forming, the building precision in the segmented building process is further improved, and deformation of the outer plate and the enclosure wall plate in the segmented manufacturing process can be effectively controlled.
