The narrow-channel forward-moving type chassis comprises a frame, a bearing seat is fixedly installed on the frame, a guide string rod is connected to the bearing seat, a working device is connected to the guide string rod, and a forward-moving power assembly is installed on the working device; the forward power assembly comprises a servo motor provided with a speed reducer, a power output shaft of the servo motor is connected with a pinion, and the pinion is meshed with a forward rack; when the chassis walks on an uneven road surface, the four wheels can be ensured to be in contact with the ground, enough road holding force is generated, and the phenomena of slipping and the like are avoided; due to the fact that steering control can be achieved through the steering engines and the universal wheels, movement of a chassis in any mode can be achieved through a chassis control model in a vehicle-mounted program, flexibility is high, meanwhile, the steering engines and the controllable universal wheels are controlled through servo motors, synchronous control over the motors is conducted through an efficient and reliable field bus communication mode, and the control precision is high. The chassis has the advantages of high response speed, small deviation, high control precision and the like.

    本发明公开了一种窄通道前移式AGV用底盘,包括车架,车架上固定安装有轴承座,轴承座上连接有导向串杆,导向串杆上连接有工作装置,工作装置上安装前移动力总成;前移动力总成包括有安装有减速机的伺服电机,伺服电机的动力输出轴上连接有小齿轮,小齿轮上啮合有前移齿条;底盘在凹凸不平的路面上行走时,也能保证四个轮子均接触地面,产生足够的抓地力,避免出现打滑等现象;由于舵机及万向轮均可实现转向控制,通过车载程序中的底盘控制模型可实现底盘任意方式的移动,灵活性高,同时舵机和可控万向轮均采用伺服电机控制,通过高效可靠的现场总线通讯方式进行电机的同步控制,使得底盘具备响应速度快、偏差小、控制精度高等优点。
