The invention provides a structure surface adsorption and movement stepping mechanism and an adsorption stepping method. The mechanism comprises a moving body, a control module, stepping supporting legs and an adsorption assembly, the control module comprises an input unit, a posture detection unit and an adsorption control unit, and the input unit inputs the material of the structure to the adsorption control unit; the posture detection unit collects a real-time inclination angle value of the mobile main body and transmits the real-time inclination angle value to the adsorption control unit; and the adsorption control unit controls the adsorption assembly to act according to the material and the real-time inclination angle value. The adsorption stepping method comprises the steps that a moving body is placed on the surface of a structure, the initial position is recorded, and the target operation position is input; the control module is started, part of the stepping supporting legs move, the other part of the stepping supporting legs are adsorbed and fixed, and the stepping supporting legs operate alternately; and when the moving main body moves to the target operation position, the control module controls the stepping supporting legs to stop moving. The mechanism has the advantages of meeting the adsorption requirements of different angles and different material structures, prolonging the service life and the like.

    本发明提供一种结构表面吸附和移动步进机构及吸附步进方法。机构包括移动主体、控制模块、步进支腿和吸附组件,控制模块包括输入单元、姿态检测单元和吸附控制单元,输入单元向吸附控制单元输入结构的材质;姿态检测单元采集移动主体的实时倾斜角度值、并传送至吸附控制单元;吸附控制单元根据材质和实时倾斜角度值控制吸附组件动作。吸附步进方法包括将移动主体放置于结构表面,记录初始位置、并输入目标作业位置;开启控制模块,部分步进支腿移动,另一部分步进支腿吸附固定,步进支腿交替运行;当移动主体移动至目标作业位置时,控制模块控制步进支腿停止移动。本发明具有适用于不同角度、不同材质结构吸附需求,提高机构使用寿命等优点。
