The invention discloses a train operation behavior prediction method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a traction level and a braking level in the operation process of a target train, and converting the traction level and the braking level into a traction sequence and a braking sequence; according to the traction sequence, the braking sequence and a time lag reason corresponding to a control system in the target train, an operation time lag model is constructed; optimizing the initial operation strategy of the target train by adopting an operation time delay model and a subtraction clustering algorithm to obtain a target coding strategy; and performing identification processing on time-varying parameters in the operation time-lag model by adopting a fractional order least square algorithm, and predicting the operation speed of the target train by using the processed operation time-lag model. According to the technical scheme, the speed prediction precision of the high-speed train in the high-power control process is improved, speed tracking of the high-speed train is achieved, and the operation requirement of the high-speed train in the high-power control process is met.

    本发明公开了一种列车运行行为预测方法、装置、设备及存储介质,包括:获取目标列车运行过程中的牵引级位和制动级位,将牵引级位和制动级位转换为牵引序列和制动序列;根据牵引序列、制动序列以及与目标列车中控制系统对应的时滞原因,构建运行时滞模型;采用运行时滞模型以及减法聚类算法,对目标列车的初始运行策略进行优化,得到目标编码策略;采用分数阶最小二乘算法,对运行时滞模型中的时变参数进行辨识处理,使用处理后的运行时滞模型对目标列车的运行速度进行预测。本发明实施例的技术方案提高了高速列车大功率操纵过程的速度预测精度,实现了对高速列车进行速度跟踪,满足了高速列车大功率操纵过程的运营需求。
