The invention relates to a power supply circuit, a power supply system and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of power supply. Comprising a first battery pack, a second battery pack, a first current converter, a second current converter and an isolating switch, the first end of the first current converter is connected with the positive electrode of the first battery pack, and the second end of the first current converter is connected with the negative electrode of the first battery pack; the first end of the second current converter is connected with the positive electrode of the second battery pack, and the second end of the second current converter is connected with the negative electrode of the second battery pack; the two ends of the isolation switch are connected with the third end of the first current converter and the third end of the second current converter respectively, and the isolation switch is closed to balance the electric quantity of the first battery pack and the electric quantity of the second battery pack. By using the power supply circuit, the power supply system and the vehicle provided by the invention, the electric quantity balance between the first battery pack and the second battery pack can be realized on the basis of adding one isolating switch.
