The invention relates to a charging circuit of an energy storage unit in a hybrid power locomotive, in particular to a high-power hybrid power locomotive battery charging main circuit based on a 380V power supply. According to the high-power hybrid power locomotive battery charging main circuit based on the 380V power supply, an auxiliary inverter circuit and an industrial frequency transformer in a hybrid power locomotive converter device are utilized by the charging main circuit to charge a power battery, and the ground 380V power supply charges the power battery through the industrial frequency transformer, the auxiliary inverter circuit and an intermediate direct current loop. The rectification function of the auxiliary inverter circuit of the converter device is fully utilized, and the utilization rate of the converter device is improved.
