The invention relates to the technical field of energy management, in particular to an energy management method and device, an electric automobile and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that the total demand torque of the electric automobile is calculated according to state parameters of the electric automobile; performing coordinated optimization on the electric vehicle based on motor energy loss, tire slippage energy loss and torque change energy loss control of the electric vehicle to obtain a torque distribution coefficient meeting the lowest energy loss requirement; and calculating a driving torque corresponding to each wheel of the electric vehicle according to the torque distribution coefficient, and controlling a driving motor of each wheel to output based on the corresponding driving torque.
