According to the specific implementation scheme, the method comprises the steps that in response to a fault of a high-voltage battery, a low-voltage storage battery in a low-voltage power supply loop is controlled to supply power, and the predicted power supply duration of the low-voltage storage battery is obtained; a safety control instruction is obtained, and a first load state control scheme is generated based on the predicted power supply duration and risk control operation needing to be executed by the vehicle under the safety control instruction; different first load state control schemes correspondingly control loads of different combinations in the low-voltage power supply system to be in an off state; and controlling the vehicle to execute corresponding risk control operation according to the safety control instruction, and controlling a plurality of first target loads in the low-voltage power supply system to be disconnected from a low-voltage power supply loop according to the first load state control scheme.
