The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, in particular to an all-in-one power assembly, a temperature control method thereof and a vehicle. The power assembly comprises a first heat dissipation channel, a second heat dissipation channel, a heat exchanger, a bypass branch and a control valve. The heat exchanger comprises a first heat exchange channel and a second heat exchange channel; the first heat dissipation channel is used for dissipating heat of a motor of the power assembly, and the first heat dissipation channel and the first heat exchange channel are connected in series to form a first cooling loop. The second heat dissipation channel is used for dissipating heat of a motor controller of the power assembly, and the second heat dissipation channel and the second heat exchange channel are connected in series to form a second cooling loop. The bypass branch is used for being connected with the second heat dissipation channel or the second heat exchange channel in parallel, or the bypass branch is used for being connected with the second heat dissipation channel and the second heat exchange channel in parallel. And the control valve is used for controlling and adjusting the flow distribution of at least one of the second heat dissipation channel and the second heat exchange channel and the bypass branch, so that the system energy consumption is reduced, and the cruising ability of the whole vehicle is improved.
