The invention discloses a thermal shock composite material and a battery pack upper cover plate. The thermal shock composite material is formed by compounding three layers of structures: a thermal shock resistant composite layer, an expandable thermal insulation layer and a support layer which are adjacent in sequence, the thermal shock resistant composite layer comprises a first composite layer composed of a fiber matrix and a resin mixture and a second composite layer composed of a fiber matrix and a ceramic precursor. The first composite layer and the second composite layer are laminated to form a laminated structure; every two first composite layers clamp one second composite layer to form a laminated structure. According to the thermal shock composite material, temperature transfer can be effectively blocked when thermal runaway occurs, the thermal shock resistant composite layer is responsible for blocking flame scouring, the expandable thermal insulation layer and the supporting layer can provide a complete thermal barrier layer, flame penetration is prevented, and the thermal insulation effect is effectively improved. The thermal shock composite material has shock resistance, and a battery pack upper cover plate made of the thermal shock composite material can resist impact force generated when a battery is in thermal runaway.

    本发明公开了一种热冲击复合材料及电池包上盖板,由三层结构复合而成:包括依次相邻的抗热冲击复合层、可膨胀隔热层和支撑层;所述抗热冲击复合层包括由纤维基体和树脂混合物构成的第一复合层以及由纤维基体和陶瓷先驱体构成的第二复合层。所述第一复合层和所述第二复合层层叠设置形成层叠结构;每两个所述第一复合层夹持一个所述第二复合层,形成层叠结构。本发明热冲击复合材料在发生热失控时可以有效阻隔温度传递,其中本发明抗热冲击复合层负责阻隔火焰冲刷,可膨胀隔热层和支撑层则可以提供完整的热屏障层,防止火焰穿透,有效提高隔热效果。本发明所述热冲击复合材料具有抗冲击能力,制成电池包上盖板可以抵挡住电池热失控时产生的冲击力。
