The invention discloses a computer-integrated networked traffic management and control system, and particularly relates to the technical field of traffic management, and the system comprises a data network integration module, a traffic loss evaluation module, an afflux influence evaluation module, an accident region judgment module, a region influence evaluation module, a one-way traffic evaluation module and a two-way traffic evaluation module. Camera image data are acquired in real time and transmitted to a central server, spatial features of a traffic accident area are acquired by using target detection and image recognition technologies, and whether the accident area affects vehicle passing is judged; the accident area is divided into a two-way influence area and a one-way influence area by analyzing the position of the accident area, and personalized processing strategies are provided for traffic accidents with different influence types; the influence degree of a traffic accident on vehicle passing in the one-way influence area is effectively judged, and a corresponding control signal is generated; the real-time performance of traffic condition monitoring is improved, and the efficiency and accuracy of traffic control are further improved.

    本发明公开了一种计算机集成的网络化交通管控系统,具体涉及交通管理技术领域,包括数据网络集成模块、通行损失评估模块、汇入影响评估模块、事故区域判断模块、区域影响评估模块、单向通行评估模块以及双向通行评估模块;通过实时获取摄像头图像数据并传输至中心服务器,利用目标检测和图像识别技术获取交通事故区域的空间特征,判断事故区域是否影响车辆通行;通过对事故区域位置的分析,将事故区域划分为双向影响区域和单向影响区域,为不同影响类型的交通事故提供了个性化的处理策略;有效判断交通事故对单向影响区域车辆通行的影响程度,并生成相应的管制信号;提高了监测交通情况的实时性,进而提高了交通管控的效率和准确性。
