The invention relates to the field of tunnel detection equipment, in particular to an underground tunnel structure disease detection device and method. The detection device comprises a walking frame and a plurality of detection mechanisms. The walking frame can walk along a track in a tunnel; each detection mechanism comprises a supporting piece, a detection belt and a photographing instrument; the detection belt is closed in the circumferential direction and is rotatably arranged at the top of the supporting piece, and the detection belt is configured to re-engrave protrusions or cracks of the tunnel vault in the advancing process of the walking frame; the photographing instrument is used for photographing and recording the duplicated protrusions or cracks of the detection belt, and all the supporting pieces are arranged on the walking frame at intervals along the first axis. All the supporting pieces are arranged at an angle in the radian direction of the tunnel vault in the detection state, all the detection belts fully cover the tunnel vault in the radian direction of the tunnel vault, detection is comprehensive, meanwhile, protrusions or cracks are clearly and accurately presented in the mode of photographing and recording after recarving, and the detection accuracy is high.

    本发明涉及隧道检测设备领域,具体涉及地下隧道结构病害检测装置与方法。其中检测装置包括行走架和若干检测机构;行走架能够沿隧道内的轨道行走;每个检测机构均包括支撑件、检测带和拍照仪;检测带周向闭合且能够转动的设置在支撑件顶部,检测带配置成在行走架前进的过程中对隧道拱顶的凸起或裂缝进行复刻;拍照仪用于对检测带复刻的凸起或裂缝进行拍照记录,所有支撑件沿第一轴线间隔设置于行走架。本发明检在测状态下所有支撑件在隧道拱顶的弧度方向呈角度设置,且使得所有检测带在隧道拱顶的弧度方向对隧道的拱顶全覆盖,检测全面,同时通过复刻之后再拍照记录的方式,使得凸起或裂缝清晰准确的呈现,检测准确度高。
