The invention discloses a balance block, a scroll compressor, an air conditioning system and a vehicle, and the balance block for the scroll compressor comprises a fixed part which is used for being connected with a crankshaft of the scroll compressor and is located on the side, facing a dynamic scroll plate, of a motor rotor of the scroll compressor; the fixed part, the connecting part and the counter weight part are sequentially arranged and connected in the radial outward direction of the crankshaft, the distance between the mass center of the counter weight part and the dynamic vortex plate is smaller than the distance between the mass center of the connecting part and the dynamic vortex plate in the axis direction of the crankshaft, and the distance between the mass center of the counter weight part and the dynamic vortex plate is smaller than the distance between the mass center of the connecting part and the dynamic vortex plate in the radial direction of the crankshaft. The distance between the mass center of the balance weight part and the axis of the crankshaft is larger than the distance between the mass center of the connecting part and the axis of the crankshaft. According to the balance block for the scroll compressor, the eccentric distance of the balance block is increased, so that the inertia force of the balance block is increased, the residual inertia force of a shaft system is reduced, and finally the vibration of the whole scroll compressor is reduced.
