The invention discloses a construction technology for building a bridge on an existing expressway, and relates to the field of steel structure bridges, and the construction technology comprises the following steps: building stand columns along the two sides of the existing expressway at intervals; a prefabricated cross beam is hoisted to the stand columns through a crane, and the prefabricated cross beam stretches across the upper portion of the existing expressway; the prefabricated cross beams are rigidly connected with the stand columns; a plurality of temporary supports are built, and an assembling platform is built on the temporary supports; arranging a crawling device and a lifting device; the multiple prefabricated river-crossing beam sections are hoisted to an assembling platform through a crane, and assembling of the prefabricated river-crossing beam sections is completed on the assembling platform; the crawling device pushes the prefabricated river-crossing beam to move to a designated position; the prefabricated river-crossing beams are unloaded between the prefabricated cross beams on the two sides of the river through a lifting device and then welded and fixed; the steps are repeated until the bridge floor building is completed; and the crawling device, the lifting device and the assembling platform are dismantled, paint is painted, and the site is cleaned. The steel structure bridge can be constructed above the existing river-crossing expressway.

    本申请公开了一种在既有快速路上建设桥梁的施工工艺,涉及钢结构桥梁的领域,包括如下步骤:沿既有快速路两侧间隔建设立柱;采用吊车向立柱上吊装预制横梁,预制横梁横跨于既有快速路上方;将预制横梁与立柱刚接;建设多个临时支撑,在多个临时支撑上搭建组装平台;布置爬行装置以及提升装置;采用吊车将多个预制跨河梁段吊至组装平台,并在组装平台上完成预制跨河梁段的组装;爬行装置推动预制跨河梁移动至指定位置;通过提升装置将预制跨河梁卸载至河两侧预制横梁之间,再焊接固定;重复上述步骤,直至完成桥面搭建;拆除爬行装置、提升装置和组装平台,油漆、清理现场。本申请能够实现在既有跨河快速路上方建设钢结构桥梁。
