The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, and discloses a through arch bridge cable hoisting steel girder integrated hoisting device and a hoisting method. Firstly, by means of a groove formed in the ground, the ground is flush with the upper surface of a construction operation platform, and the beam transporting vehicle can conveniently move between the ground and the construction operation platform; then, the steel girder of the arch bridge is fixed by the hoisting device instead of being fixed by the girder transporting vehicle through the cable crane, so that the one-time integral hoisting of the steel girder section of the arch bridge (especially suitable for the steel girder containing the special-shaped overhanging steel girder) is conveniently realized; while the effect of shortening the hoisting period of the steel main beam is achieved, as the lifting lugs are welded to the hoisting platform, time consumed by repeated welding and cutting operation of the lifting lugs in the hoisting process can be shortened. In addition, the construction operation platform and the arch bridge steel girder hoisting device are integrated, the building cost of the hoisting device and the construction operation platform is saved, and the construction period is further shortened. And finally, the hoisting device can be recycled, so that the platform manufacturing cost is saved.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工领域,公开了下承式拱桥缆索吊装钢主梁一体式吊装装置及吊装方法。首先,利用设在地面的沟槽,实现地面和施工作业平台上表面的平齐,便于运梁车在地面和施工作业平台之间的移动;随后通过缆索吊实现拱桥钢主梁由运梁车固定切换至吊装装置固定,便于实现拱桥钢主梁节段(尤其适用包含异形外挑的钢梁)一次性整体吊装;在起到节约钢主梁吊装工期作用的同时,由于吊耳焊接于吊装平台上,可减少吊装过程中吊耳反复焊接与切割作业的耗时。另外,将施工作业平台和拱桥钢主梁吊装装置一体化,节省吊装装置及施工作业平台的搭建成本,并进一步节约工期。最后,吊装装置可周转使用,节约平台制作费用。
