A second motor is controlled to drive a winding roller to rotate, a steel wire rope is unwound, a hanging plate is driven to descend, a first telescopic rod is controlled to push a lifting plate to drive a vacuum suction cup to descend to be fixedly adsorbed to the top end of a ceiling plate, and then the position of the ceiling plate is adjusted. A motor II is controlled to drive a winding roller to wind the steel wire rope, and a hanging plate and a ceiling plate below the hanging plate are driven to ascend; manpower is saved; and the second telescopic rod is controlled to drive the L-shaped clamping frame to move, so that a connecting clamping groove formed in the L-shaped clamping frame makes contact with the corner of the suspended ceiling plate, the suspended ceiling plate is limited, and the stability of suspended ceiling plate hoisting is improved.
