The invention discloses a novel anti-explosion elevator limit switch and an anti-explosion method, and relates to the technical field of elevator limit switches, a limit switch body and an intelligent predictive control system.The intelligent predictive control system is arranged on the outer wall of the limit switch body; the intelligent prediction control system comprises an anti-explosion positioning subsystem and a top-rushing and bottom-squatting prevention subsystem. The intelligent prediction positioning system further comprises a multi-path signal acquisition module, a signal processing and sorting module, a prediction module and an action module. According to the system, the prediction module is arranged, for different subsystems, the prediction module is used for calculating the floor in-place prediction time and the roof rushing and bottom squatting prediction time, the time point when the limiting switch sends the on-off control instruction to the elevator operation control system is set according to the prediction time, and an elevator is stopped in time when encountering a dangerous condition; therefore, the limit switch has a prediction function, the response sensitivity of the limit switch is improved, and the limit switch has better anti-explosion and anti-top-rushing and anti-bottom-squatting functions.

    本发明公开了一种新型防爆电梯限位开关及防爆方法,涉及电梯限位开关技术领域,限位开关本体和智能预测控制系统,所述限位开关本体的外壁设置有智能预测控制系统,所述智能预测控制系统包括防爆定位子系统和防冲顶蹲底子系统,所述智能预测定位系统还包括多路信号采集模块、信号处理与分统模块、预测模块和动作模块。本发明通过设置有预测模块,针对不同子系统,通过预测模块分别进行楼层到位预测时间计算和冲顶蹲底预测时间计算,根据预测时间设置限位开关向电梯运行控制系统发送通断控制指令的时间点,使电梯在遇到危险状况时及时停止,使限位开关具有预测功能,提高限位开关的响应灵敏性,具有更好的防爆与防冲顶蹲底功能。
