The memory alloy installed on the connecting rotating shaft is connected with the main control chip through a regulation and control circuit, the regulation and control circuit sends square wave signals through the main control chip, then the voltage on the two sides of the nickel-titanium memory alloy sheet is adjusted, the current density of the nickel-titanium memory alloy sheet is adjusted, and the elastic modulus of the nickel-titanium memory alloy sheet is adjusted.
