The invention relates to the technical field of ship body hoisting, and discloses a deck block hoisting tool and method.The hoisting tool comprises a lifter, a reinforcing part, a fastener and a locking piece, the lifter is installed on the non-structural face of a deck block, and the position of the intersection point of longitudinal aggregates and transverse aggregates on the structural face of the deck block is right opposite to the installation position of the lifter; the reinforcing parts are connected between the adjacent hangers, the reinforcing parts are provided with binding faces attached to the non-structural faces of the deck block, and a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the binding faces; a plurality of fasteners are arranged, and each fastener penetrates through each mounting hole and is fixed with the non-structural surface; the locking piece is mounted on the fastening piece; the binding face is tightly attached to the non-structural face through the locking piece, so that the reinforcing parts and the lifters form a frame force transmission structure on the non-structural face. The frame force transmission structure is formed to effectively transmit the lifting force of the lifters, so that the stress of the lifters is dispersed and transmitted to the deck block in a multi-point manner, and the deck block is prevented from being torn.

    本发明涉及船舶船体吊装技术领域,公开了一种甲板总段吊装工装及方法,吊装工装包括吊马、加强部、紧固件和锁紧件,吊马安装于甲板总段的非结构面上,且甲板总段的结构面上纵向骨材、横向骨材的交叉点位置与吊马的安装位置正相对;加强部连接于相邻的吊马之间,加强部具有与甲板总段的非结构面贴合的贴合面,贴合面上开设有多个安装孔;紧固件设有多个,各紧固件分别穿过各安装孔与非结构面固定;锁紧件安装于紧固件上;锁紧件将贴合面紧固贴合在非结构面上,使各加强部与各吊马在非结构面上形成框架传力结构。本发明通过形成框架传力结构对各吊马的吊力进行有效传递,使吊马受力多点位分散传导至甲板总段上,避免甲板总段被撕裂。
