The device is simple in structure, efficient and energy-saving, a multi-section multi-nozzle air injection mode is adopted, the bubble coverage area large enough is formed around the underwater vehicle, the fine bubble stone with the smaller hole diameter is adopted to improve the flow speed of water at the air release structure, and the drag reduction purpose is achieved. And a solution is provided for reducing the resistance of the underwater vehicle in the diving process and accelerating diving.
