The invention relates to a high-redundancy mechanical backup electronic power-assisted brake system and method.The high-redundancy mechanical backup electronic power-assisted brake system comprises a control center, a brake master cylinder, an oil can, a displacement sensor, an energy accumulator, an electromagnetic valve set and a brake, the oil can is connected with the brake master cylinder through a pipeline, the brake master cylinder is provided with a push rod, and the displacement sensor is connected with the push rod; the displacement sensor transmits real-time displacement data of the push rod to the control center, the energy accumulator, the electromagnetic valve set and the brake are sequentially connected through pipelines, the control center controls opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve set and comprises a standby electromagnetic valve and a mechanical valve, the mechanical valve is provided with a high-pressure port, an oil outlet and an oil pot port, the high-pressure port is connected with the energy accumulator, and the oil pot port is connected with the energy accumulator. The oil outlet is connected between the electromagnetic valve set and the brake, the oil pot opening is connected to the oil pot, the mechanical valve is provided with a hydraulic control opening connected with the brake master cylinder, and the standby electromagnetic valve is arranged between the brake master cylinder and the mechanical valve.

    本发明涉及一种高冗余机械备份电子助力制动系统及方法,包括控制中心、制动主缸、油壶、位移传感器、蓄能器、电磁阀组及制动器,油壶与制动主缸通过管路相连接,制动主缸具有推杆且位移传感器与推杆相连,位移传感器将推杆的实时位移数据传递给控制中心,蓄能器、电磁阀组及制动器依次通过管路相连接,控制中心控制电磁阀组的开启与关闭,包括备用电磁阀与机械阀,机械阀具有高压口、出油口及油壶口,高压口与蓄能器相连接,出油口连接于电磁阀组及制动器之间,油壶口连接于油壶,机械阀设置有与制动主缸相连接的液控口,备用电磁阀设置于制动主缸及机械阀之间。
