The invention discloses a stability control method of a distributed electric drive automobile on a split road surface working condition, which comprises the following steps of: comparing an actual tire cornering force with a tire cornering force inflection point value, and judging a working area where each tire of the automobile is located; if the tires of the four wheels of the vehicle are all located in the linear working area and the tires do not excessively slip, the torque of the four wheels of the vehicle is distributed according to the stroke of an accelerator pedal of the vehicle; if the tires of the four wheels of the vehicle are all located in a linear area but have excessive slip, or the tires are located in a saturated area but do not have excessive slip, the torque of the four wheels of the vehicle is redistributed through a DYC controller; if the tires are located in the saturation area and excessively slip, the torque of the four wheels of the vehicle is redistributed through an anti-slip controller and a DYC controller in sequence; after the torque of the four wheels of the vehicle is distributed, whether the vehicle conforms to the transverse steady state or not is judged, and if the vehicle does not conform to the transverse steady state, the wheel torque is corrected through an AFS controller.
本发明公开了分布式电驱动汽车在对开路面工况上的稳定性控制方法,包括:将实际轮胎侧偏力与轮胎侧偏力拐点值进行比较,判断车辆每个轮胎所处的工作区域;如果车辆四轮轮胎都处于线性工作区域,并且不存在轮胎发生过度滑转,则根据车辆加速踏板行程对车辆四轮力矩进行分配;如果车辆四轮轮胎都处于线性区域但存在轮胎发生过度滑转,或者存在轮胎处于饱和区域但轮胎未发生过度滑转,通过DYC控制器对车辆四轮力矩重新分配;如果存在轮胎处于饱和区域并且存在轮胎发生过度滑转,则依次通过防滑转控制器和DYC控制器对车辆四轮力矩重新分配;对车辆四轮力矩进行分配后,判断车辆是否符合横向稳态,如果车辆不符合横向稳态,则通过AFS控制器修正车轮力矩。
