The invention discloses a commercial vehicle hybrid power system which comprises an engine, a first gear transmission mechanism, a generator, a clutch, a driving motor and a second gear transmission mechanism, and the output end of the engine is connected with the generator through the first gear transmission mechanism; the output end of the engine is connected with the output end of the hybrid power system through the clutch and the second gear transmission mechanism in sequence; and the output end of the driving motor is connected with the output end of the hybrid power system through a second gear transmission mechanism. According to the commercial vehicle hybrid power system provided by the invention, various operation forms such as pure electric driving, series extended range driving, parallel driving and engine direct driving of the commercial vehicle hybrid power system are realized; when various driving modes of the hybrid power system are achieved, efficient operation of all parts can be guaranteed, and reduction of fuel consumption of the whole vehicle is facilitated; the structure is simple, the control method is easy, arrangement is convenient, and cost is saved.

    本发明公开了商用车混合动力系统,包括:发动机、第一齿轮传动机构、发电机、离合器、驱动电机和第二齿轮传动机构,发动机的输出端通过第一齿轮传动机构与发电机相连;发动机的输出端依次通过离合器和第二齿轮传动机构与混合动力系统的输出端相连;驱动电机的输出端通过第二齿轮传动机构与混合动力系统的输出端相连。本发明提供的商用车混合动力系统,实现了商用车混合动力系统的纯电驱动、串联增程驱动、并联驱动、发动机直驱等各种运行形式;在实现混合动力系统的各种驱动模式时,能够保证各部件的高效运行,有利于降低整车油耗;结构简单,控制方法容易,便于布置,节约成本。
