The invention belongs to the technical field of ECAS system control, and particularly provides a commercial vehicle ECAS system air spring inflation and deflation control method and device, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the actual height, and calculating the height difference between the target height and the actual height; when the absolute value of the height difference is greater than a set height threshold value, entering a height feedforward control process to calculate the duty ratio of the electromagnetic valve and outputting the duty ratio to the electromagnetic valve; whether air inlet or exhaust control is conducted on the air spring is judged according to the positive value and the negative value of the height difference; an execution step: obtaining an actual height and calculating a height difference between the target height and the actual height; when the absolute value of the height difference is smaller than or equal to a set height threshold value, entering a height feedback control process to calculate the duty ratio of the electromagnetic valve and outputting the duty ratio to the electromagnetic valve; and when the difference value between the height difference and zero is within a set error range, the control is ended. Inflation and deflation of the air spring are achieved through a method of coupling feedforward control and fuzzy control, and the method is accurate, rapid, simple, efficient and high in robustness.

    本发明属于ECAS系统控制技术领域,具体提供一种商用车ECAS系统空气弹簧充放气控制方法及装置,所述方法包括如下步骤:获取实际高度并计算目标高度与实际高度的高度差;当高度差的绝对值大于设定的高度阙值时,进入高度前馈控制过程计算电磁阀的占空比并输出给电磁阀;根据高度差的正负值判断对空气弹簧进行进气还是排气控制;执行步骤:获取实际高度并计算目标高度与实际高度的高度差;当高度差的绝对值小于或等于设定的高度阙值时,进入高度反馈控制过程计算电磁阀的占空比并输出给电磁阀;当高度差与零的差值在设定误差内时,结束控制。通过前馈控制与模糊控制相互耦合的方法来实现空气弹簧充放气,精确快速、简单高效、鲁棒性强。
