An output shaft of a motor penetrates through the center of a driving seat to be rotationally connected with a driving disc arranged on the outer side of the driving seat in a driving mode, and an inwards-concave driving installation notch is formed in the outer side face of the driving disc through a circle of driving restraining check ring with a driving receding opening on the outer side of the driving disc. A center groove penetrating through the center of the driving disc is formed in the bottom face of the driving installation notch, the two sides of the center groove are connected with side edge grooves, driving pins are arranged in the center groove and the side edge grooves, and two driving columns located on the same circumference are further arranged at the positions, corresponding to the driving receding openings, of the driving disc. The driving shaft and a motor output shaft are eccentric, the driving output shaft section penetrates through the outer cover to be connected with the trailer hook, the rear end of the driving input shaft section is supported on the bottom face of the driving installation notch, and the front end of the driving input shaft section is arranged in a driving restraining sinking table, corresponding to the driving receding opening, of the inner end of the outer cover. The two sides of the section of the driving input shaft section are large arc edges correspondingly attached to the inner ring of the driving constraint check ring, the other two sides of the section of the driving input shaft section are small arc edges correspondingly attached to the inner ring of the driving constraint sinking table, the inner small arc edge of the driving input shaft section is connected with a driving pin in a non-central axial penetrating mode, and the outer small arc edge of the driving input shaft section is provided with a driving opening. And two driving grooves corresponding to the two driving columns respectively are formed in the driving opening. The structure is compact, the driving and using states are stable, and the service life of the structure and the motor is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种电动拖车钩,电机出轴穿过驱动座中心旋转驱动连接置于驱动座外侧的驱动盘,驱动盘外侧面上由其外侧一圈带驱动避让口的驱动约束挡圈形成一内凹的驱动安装凹口,驱动安装凹口的底面上开设一通过驱动盘中心的中心槽,中心槽的两侧连接侧边槽,中心槽和侧边槽内设驱动销,对应驱动避让口位置的驱动盘上还设有处于同一圆周上的两驱动柱;驱动轴与电机出轴偏心,驱动输出轴段穿过外盖接拖车钩,驱动输入轴段后端支撑在驱动安装凹口的底面上,驱动输入轴段的前端置于外盖内端与驱动避让口对应的驱动约束沉台内,驱动输入轴段截面的两侧为对应贴合驱动约束挡圈内圈的大弧边,驱动输入轴段截面的另外两侧为对应贴合驱动约束沉台内圈的小弧边,驱动输入轴段靠内的小弧边上非中心轴向穿接驱动销,驱动输入轴段靠外的小弧边上开设驱动口,驱动口内设两分别对应两驱动柱的驱动槽。其结构紧凑,驱动、使用状态稳定,有助于延长结构以及电机寿命。
