The dual-rotor motor-driven multi-mode dynamic coupling structure comprises a dual-rotor asynchronous motor, a first planet carrier mechanism and a second planet carrier mechanism, the double-rotor asynchronous motor is provided with an inner rotor and an outer rotor; the double-rotor asynchronous motor serves as a power source, the first planet carrier mechanism and the second planet carrier mechanism are matched to achieve power output, the power output has a forward gear output mode and a reverse gear output mode, and the forward gear output mode comprises a large slope starting gear, a gear D1 and a gear D2; in a large slope starting gear state, the inner rotor and the outer rotor serve as power sources, and meanwhile output power is driven; and in the D1 gear or the D2 gear, one of the inner rotor and the outer rotor serves as a power source, and the other serves as a load. The double-rotor asynchronous motor is in transmission connection with the two-stage planet carrier mechanism, three gears can be achieved, two motors and clutches do not need to be adopted, the structure is simple, and cost is low.
本发明涉及一种双转子电机驱动多模式动力耦合结构及传动方法,包括双转子异步电机、第一行星架机构和第二行星架机构;双转子异步电机具有内转子和外转子;双转子异步电机作为动力源,第一行星架机构和第二行星架机构配合,实现动力输出,动力输出具有前进挡输出模式和倒挡输出模式,前进挡输出模式包括大坡起步挡、D1挡、D2挡;处于大坡起步挡状态时,内转子和外转子均作为动力源,同时驱动输出动力;处于D1挡或D2挡时,由内转子和外转子中的一个作为动力源,另一个作为负载。双转子异步电机传动连接两级行星架机构,能够实现3个挡,不用采用两个电机以及离合器,结构简单,成本低。
