本发明涉及智能交通领域,公开一种基于全身损伤度量减轻人车碰撞中行人损伤的方法。本发明中在人车碰撞无法避免的情况下,从车辆的多条行驶路线中选取最小的单一全身损伤指标值ISS所对应的路线,作为当前最优行驶路线,通过实时计算车辆的多条行驶路线及每条路线的单一全身损伤指标值ISS,从而实时更新最优行驶路线,直至碰撞发生;在使用人体损伤严重程度预测模型计算ISS时,综合考虑了人体的各个身体部位,降低人车碰撞时行人全身各部位的损伤程度。人体损伤严重程度预测模型的输出只有单一全身损伤指标值ISS,降低模型运算量,提升计算效率。
