The invention discloses an adjustable dynamic vibration absorber assembly for a ship. The adjustable dynamic vibration absorber assembly comprises a dynamic vibration absorber body, a first force application part and a second force application part. The dynamic vibration absorber body comprises a shell, a mass block and at least two spring assemblies. The first force application part applies an acting force to the mass block and can push the mass block to move; the second force application part applies acting force to the spring assembly and is used for adjusting the pitch of the spring assembly. The first force application part pushes the mass block to move to generate acting force on a damping object so as to achieve damping. The pitch of the spring assembly is changed through the second force application part, then the rigidity strength of the spring assembly is adjusted, the inherent frequency of the vibration absorber is changed finally, the inherent frequency of the vibration absorber is made to be the same as or close to the frequency of a vibration source, and energy consumption of the second force application part is saved.
