The invention relates to the technical field of transformer hoisting construction, in particular to a transformer combined power distribution cabinet synchronous hoisting platform which comprises a telegraph pole, two cross arms are arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the telegraph pole and used for installing a transformer and a power distribution cabinet respectively, and a fixing device is arranged at the upper end of the telegraph pole. The fixing device is connected with a lifting device, the lifting device comprises a pulley device, a locking assembly, a power assembly and a hook assembly, the pulley device and the locking assembly are installed on the fixing device, the pulley device is connected with a pull rope, one end of the pull rope is used for being connected with the hook assembly, and the other end of the pull rope is used for being connected with the power assembly. The locking assembly is used for locking the pull rope; a mounting rack is arranged on the lower portion of the telegraph pole, the power assembly is connected to the mounting rack, and a balancing weight is arranged on the mounting rack. The invention further relates to a synchronous hoisting method for the transformer combined power distribution cabinet. The transformer can be vertically hoisted, so that the mounting process is relatively simple.
