The hoisting device comprises a first hoisting platform, a fine adjustment mechanism and a second hoisting platform, the first hoisting platform is used for being connected with a sling, and the second hoisting platform is used for being connected with a transformer iron core; the first hoisting platform is parallel to the second hoisting platform, the fine adjustment mechanism is located between the first hoisting platform and the second hoisting platform, and the fine adjustment mechanism is movably connected with the first hoisting platform and the second hoisting platform; the fine adjustment mechanism is used for driving the second hoisting platform to move along a first direction and a second direction relative to the first hoisting platform; wherein the first direction and the second direction are both located in the horizontal direction and are perpendicular to each other. According to the hoisting device and transformer hoisting system, the transformer iron core can be prevented from colliding with a transformer oil tank shell in the hoisting process of the transformer iron core, so that accidents in the hoisting process of the transformer iron core are avoided.
