The invention discloses an integrated underwater winch which comprises a frame, a winch drum, a cable arrangement device and a pay-off cable, and the two ends of the winch drum are rotationally connected with the frame; the cable arrangement device is installed on the frame and connected with the winch drum through a transmission assembly. And one end of the externally-released cable is fixed on the winch drum, and the other end of the externally-released cable penetrates through the wiring port of the cable arrangement device. The structure is simplified, the structure is compact, transmission connecting pieces exposed in water for a long time are reduced, and safety and reliability are achieved.
