Comprising a winch body, a rotating assembly, a mounting assembly, a tightening assembly, a supporting assembly, an adjusting assembly, an auxiliary assembly and a diving bell assembly, by arranging an auxiliary lifting structure, an umbilical cord can be lifted in an auxiliary mode when the diving bell umbilical cord lifting force is too large, and the pulling force borne by the diving bell umbilical cord can be effectively relieved; the umbilical cord of the diving bell is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge tension.
