The invention discloses a container landside automation device based on machine vision, which relates to the field of container distribution and comprises a network camera, a video analysis server and a signal transceiving module. The network cameras are mounted on the two sides and the middle position of the rail-mounted gantry crane and are used for monitoring real-time pictures; and the network camera is in signal connection with a main control PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) of a crane room of the rail-mounted crane through the AI video analysis server and the signal receiving and transmitting module. According to the invention, camera installation and system architecture are considered, specific fine adjustment information of a container truck, a rail-mounted crane and a lifting appliance is given after the position relation of the lifting appliance, the container and a chassis in a field of view is analyzed, and the falling position of the container is dynamically adjusted; the container distribution efficiency and the success rate in an automatic wharf ASC landside container operation scene are further improved, full automation of the container placing process is achieved, commanding of workers is not needed, and the overall working efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的集装箱陆侧自动化装置,涉及集装箱发箱领域,包括网络摄像机、视频分析服务器和信号收发模块;所述网络摄像机安装于轨道吊两侧以及中间位置,并用于实时画面的监测;所述网络摄像机通过AI视频分析服务器以及信号收发模块完成与轨道吊吊车室主控PLC完成信号连接。本发明考虑了摄像头安装及系统架构,在对视场中吊具及集装箱和车底盘位置关系进行分析后,给出集装箱卡车、轨道吊吊车、吊具具体的微调信息,动态调整集装箱落箱位置,进一步提升自动化码头ASC陆侧集装箱作业场景下的发箱效率和成功率,实现放箱过程的全自动化,不需要工作人员指挥,极大提高了整体的工作效率。
