The invention relates to the technical field of elevator traction machines, and discloses an intelligent elevator traction machine which comprises a machine box, and a traction wheel and a shell are arranged on the front face of the machine box; a proper amount of lubricating oil is injected into an oil storage tank, a first electric push rod is started, the first electric push rod drives a detection rod to move rightwards to make contact with a steel rope on a traction wheel, and therefore the lubricating effect of the lubricating oil on the steel rope is intelligently detected; when it is detected that the abrasion degree of the traction wheel is high, a second electric push rod is started, the second electric push rod drives a round rod to move rightwards, the round rod drives a scraping plate to make contact with the steel rope at a certain angle through a second connecting plate, and therefore the steel rope is scraped. Therefore, excessive lubricating oil on the steel rope is scraped, and the problem that in the prior art, workers cannot control the smearing amount of the lubricating oil according to the abrasion degree of the traction wheel is solved.

    本发明涉及电梯曳引机技术领域,且公开了一种智能化电梯曳引机,包括机箱,所述机箱的正面设置有曳引轮和壳体;本发明通过向储油箱的内部注入适量的润滑油,启动电动推杆一,电动推杆一带动检测杆右移接触曳引轮上的钢绳,从而进行智能检测钢绳上润滑油的润滑效果,当润滑效果不佳,泵体启动,泵体通过连接管一和连接管二将储油箱内部的润滑油抽进分流管内部,再从喷头流出对钢绳进行润滑,当自检出曳引轮的磨损程度较高时,启动电动推杆二,电动推杆二带动圆杆右移,圆杆通过连接板二带动刮板以一定的角度接触钢绳,从而将钢绳上过多的润滑油进行刮除,解决了现有技术中工作人员没有办法根据曳引轮的磨损程度来控制润滑油的涂抹量的问题。
