The invention provides a ground deceleration system used for braking an arresting object, and relates to the technical field of deceleration braking. The system comprises at least two brake bodies, and each brake body comprises a blocking assembly, a guide assembly and an energy absorption assembly; the blocking assembly is used for being connected with a blocked object. The energy absorption assembly comprises a brake part, a reel part and a nylon part, the brake part is connected with the reel part and used for braking the reel part, and the nylon part is wound on the reel part to drive the reel part to rotate; the guide assembly is connected with the nylon piece to adjust the extending direction of the nylon piece, and the brake piece is configured to control the rotating speed of the reel piece according to the displacement of a blocked object so that the nylon piece can stretch to brake the blocked object. Therefore, through the arresting assembly, the guide assembly and the energy absorption assembly, the system can achieve adaptive adjustment of braking of the arresting object according to displacement, and the adaptability is high.
